Is this weird????
My daughter is 3.5 years old and always wants to hold my belly for comfort and sleep. It's most stroking and occasionally grabbing and she's been like this as long as I can remember. Anyone else have a similar experience?

@Hazel I'm glad to hear it. I thought perhaps she wasn't developing self settling techniques enough. But youre right, they're still so young
When I was a child I’d like to play with my mums hair. All the time. She’d be on the bus and I’d be trying to take her hair out to play with it. It was a comfort thing. I’m sort of glad my daughter doesn’t have something like this (especially with my hair lol) but I’d say it’s totally normal x

Yep, she holds my boob. Totally normal comfort. Think primal and a young babies safety is mother. Dont stress, they grow so fast and won't need us like this soon enough. As long as you are happy, enjoy the cuddles x
