Not even awake?!
My LG has just turned 4 months old and through the night she is tossing and turning in her sleep grunting rubbing her face so I get up put her dummy back in rub her face for 5 mins she goes to sleep at 45 mins later she’s doing it again. I have found if I leave her she is able to self sooth and goes back to sleep but I’m still awake the whole time anyway with how loud she is tossing and turning and I’m such a light sleeper. The part I don’t understand is at no point does she open her eyes… surly it’s not active sleep as she is doing things to try sooth herself like moving head side to side lifting her legs up and down all things she does to get herself to sleep normally. I really don’t know what to do other than to move her cot away from my bed any suggestions?

My baby does the same, she also is 4 months ,i think is the sleep regression
@Maria yeahh I think it is :( last night was the worst she was just awake the whole night nearly and would only sleep been held
Hello!! Sleep consultant here. Babies this age are always in active sleep. Is hard cuz wr cant sleep watching then haha. But active sleep keep them for going into a deep sleep that can result in SIDS. U can move her away from you and let her do her thing! But is great she is just doing her thing and not crying!! It wil get better and she will sleep longer soon! ;)
