It is driving me crazy! I am literally pulling out clumps of hair
It is normal. Don’t stress about it it’ll grow back, also keep taking prenatals it helps to give nails, hair and teeth strength.
Oh, OK see I stopped taking my prenatals when I ran out. How long do you keep taking them for that they were only when you’re pregnant
I started taking a postnatal vitamin and it helped slow my hair loss

I lost the whole bottom neck line of hair and now it's at that awkward stage on not long enough to put in a ponytail or bun so I just have hair sitting on my neck. I have honestly taken prenatals since high-school because it all the vitamins it has I don't plan on stopping them until after I get done breastfeeding my second lo. After he decideds to stop im gonna switch to a one a day women's vitamin. I expected to lose more hair than what i did
This is super normal. Most women lose hair after baby. In fact it's called postpartum hair loss. It's because all the hormones that gave you extra hair growth during pregnancy have dropped and now all that growth is falling out.
