Boob rash

I know most on here aren’t drs but could this be an ingrown hair or a boil maybe? I had this red rash type thing pop up on the outside side part of my breast. It itches badly and hurts a little like a boil does. I googled it knowing I shouldn’t have and it says ibc. I’m going to make an appt tomorrow because I’m having a panic attack rn…just needing to know if anyone’s had anything like this that turned out to be a milk duct that was swollen or maybe a spider bite or boil/ingrown hair. Just need some reassurance to last me through the night…
