Calpol

I’ve seen a lot of people say they will be giving their baby calpol after their immunisations but when looking at buying some I’ve seen it says 2+ months. My baby will be 2 months a few days after the immunisations so technically I shouldn’t be using it. Do you think it would still be okay to use? Baby would be 2 months 5 days after immunisations

It will say recommendation ages and then a dosage for immunisation. The nurse will recommend you given it x

I was adviced by my health visitor to do so and there will be a doctor/nurse there to ask anyway. I think you’ll be fine xx

My hv advised me to give it to him after. He will be 2 months and a day.

Mine had it and she was 8 weeks two days, she’ll be 2 months exactly in the 5th February. I think as long as the weight is fine I can’t remember what it says then it’s fine xx

Professionals go off weight not age, when my little one was 7weeks he was in hospital and was given calpol every 8 hours, when asked they explained that it has the age recommendation as if they’re any younger and you believe they need calpol they need to seek help, so completely fine if doctor/nurse says so x
