Maybe give these guys a look see if it helps xx
looks unreal! You’ll need a level 2 food safety qualification (i done mine online), and you’ll need to get a food hygiene rating (phone the council and they’ll arrange for someone to come out and assess your kitchen etc), food allergen stickers, fridge temp log books, fridge thermometer, expiration labels on all ingredients used 🤍 x
Looks so good!! So you’ll need to first contact your local council to let them know you’ll be starting up a food selling business. They’ll then arrange for an Environmental Health Officer to come out to inspect your kitchen and provide you with your Pass certificate if all is well. Things they like to see - dishwasher (so that sink can be for hand wash only), pedal bins, fridge thermometer, allergen stickers for your products. Then you’ll need to register with HMRC as a Sole Trader and then you’ll be good to start selling🥰 xx
this makes me miss my baking business, i might need to bring her back 🤣
@Olivia thank you!! It’s a chocolate brownie cheesecake😍
@Stacie amazing thank you so much! Xx
@Lauren thank you! This is amazing information, thank you so much for this!🥰xx
@Rachel thank you I really appreciate it! You are a star, thank you so much! I’ll have a look into all this and hopefully get some things set up!😁 xx
@Lauren do it!!😍😍
I have a business making celebration cakes and wedding cakes. You need to register your business with your council first and foremost. Certificates are a plus as you must have allergen awareness and know how to store food correctly. You will need insurance too x
Can't share specific advice - but well done and good luck! What a super business to get started x
that looks banging 😍
