We took ours on jet2 no problem, we just said at check in it was a carry on pram and it wasn’t questioned obviously it counted as one of our hand luggage bags so bare that in mind x
Seen plenty of joolz users on BA flights, we fly every month with them. We use yoyo but I’ve never seen a pram get rejected to go onboard unless it is being gate checked. They ask for the make at check in and let you know if that’s okay. Board first under the “families with small children” and get your overhead space x
Took mine without any issues on BA. I got asked if it was a yoyo and I just said it’s similar
We fly with BA a lot and have a kinderkraft pushchair which is cabin sized. Every time we check in, we’re asked “is it a yoyo?”. I think they must have a script or be getting royalties from yoyo given how much they push it 😂 generally though, when we explain it’s like a yoyo but just cheaper then they’re fine. One or two times someone at the gate has been a bit of a jobsworth and tried to take it off us but when we prove it fits in the bag size check thing they let us on. If it meets their size requirements then just stand your ground if you get any pushback x
Please Can I just check is this still ok with the carry cot part as well or just the stroller/frame?
@Natalie it won’t include the carrycot because it has to fit in their bag gauge to take as hand luggage, otherwise you can take it to the gate and they’ll put it in hold from there
Yes! We had to battle to be able to take it in the cabin when we checked in. We were firm saying that the only reason we bought it was so that we wouldn’t have to put it underneath the plane and it was expensive so we did not want it to get damaged. They did eventually agree for us to take it on and then all was fine!
