Has anyone tried a metal detox for speech delay in LOs?
My 2 yo has speech delay, and I blame myself for it as I believe I gave her too much screen time before she was 1 and now she’s turnt 2 her speech isnt there yet. She does loads of babbling, she does say some stuff but she isnt close to her ‘milestones’. I’ve seen that the Zeolite detox has helped alot of children and their speech. Has anyone else used this?
My 7 year old has speech delay as did I. I believe it’s genetic. Has your child had a hearing test to rule out glue ear ect? It could also be that their mouth muscles hadn’t developed properly so I would look at exercises that encourage that. Have no idea what a Zeolite diet is except maybe speak to a health professional first.
