Kendamil comfort drops

Has anybody used the Kendamil comfort drops which you add 5 drops a day to their milk? My little boy seems to really struggle with his belly, as so many newborns do in the early weeks and thought this was a good option to help with gut health but I’m on day 2 and he seems worse than he has ever been. Wondered if anybody has experienced the same? Or it could just be a coincidence and I should continue to use and hope they help.
