Hot flashes!
Just started experiencing hot flashes recently, they seem to turn me into a tomato. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any recommendations? I'm 23w 5d. 🥵

Yep, I'm usually freezing but been boiling hot the past few weeks! I'm 24w 5d xx Ice lollies and cold grapes are my fave atm x
