@Lorren oh no😳I haven’t had any contractions at all yet, just some mild cramps and my bump dropped this week too! I’m honestly willing to give anything a go (though I know all of it is old wives tales and baby girl will just come when she’s ready😓)

@Tiegan yeah, honestly I’ve stopped trying to instigate things now because I just feel like my body will allow her to come when it’s safest to do so 😊 the more I stress about it the more I’ll be hindering it

I think a lot of these things are myths the only thing that is clinically proven as far I'm aware is Nipple stimulation
