Night time routine help?

Hello ladies, I’m really struggling with the lack of sleep due to sleep regression. I honestly feel like I am awake all night. Up until now, we’ve kind of gone with the flow with a nighttime routine and bring him up to bed with us when we go (around 10/11pm). He naps in between but we don’t settle him for the night in his Next to Me until then. I really want to establish some kind of routine and put him down to attempt to get him to sleep earlier in the evening and set up a monitor so we can have a bit of time for us in the evenings. Really looking for some advice… what bedtime routines do you have? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Bath (not every night) and sleepsuit at 6.30. Bottle at 7. Upstairs to bedside crib at 7.30. He usually falls asleep by himself by 7.45. Dream feed at 10.30/11. Sleeps until 7. He is stirring a bit at the minute but doesn’t fully wake. We go downstairs when he’s asleep and keep an eye on him through the monitor. Xx

@Kirsty thank you xx

With my little girl we bath her around 7:30 every night then give bottle her a bottle she’s usually asleep in the next to me for around 8:30 then she will wake at around 11/11:30 for a bottle and then wake for another at around 3am and then sleeps until 9am xx

We also do bath, bottle then a bit of reading if he’s still alert, getting him to sleep by 730 with a monitor. We sing the same song at bedtime and nap times. If no time for a bath we’ll just wash his face with a wash cloth :) Been doing the dream feed at 11, he’s up at 3 and then 630/7. Curious how much sleep yours are getting during the day - would love to get rid of the 3am, or sleep til 9am 😅

We do - get ready for bed 2 hours after the afternoon nap - any time between 6 and 7 usually. Either bath or top and tail, sing the same song every night, soft dim lights, bedtime story in bed and then feed off tonsleep. We wake her up when we go to bed (1030- 11) for a nappy change and a feed. Very occasionally she sleeps through the night but usually wakes up to feed any time between 3 and 5. Then wakes up in the morning about 7ish. When she was going through the worst of sleep regression she woke every 2 hours in the night but that seems to have stopped again! I must say ever since we started earlier bed time it's been an absolutely dream. She would get so tired in the evening and he fussy and grumpy and now we have our evenings free with her upstairs with the monitor on.

Bath every night at 6:30, bottle and bed by 7:15 and she usually sleeps through until 6am x

Bath, massage, nappy, pyjama, sleeping bag, book (sometimes she screams so I read it while she is eating), milk, 10 min cuddle, bed.

Mines already in his own cot in his own room, my partner gets home about 5/6 get little one bath and given a bottle then put him in his cot with telly on with nursery rhymes then he sleeps till about 12 then 4 xxx

But we do that every night xxx

@Kirsty what app is this please?

@Sara huckleberry

Following as in the same boat! 4 month sleep regression! He'd usually be up from 6pm then go to bed for 8pm then wake after 6 or 7 hours but now he's waking every 2 or 3 hours sometimes even 1. Tried a dream feed around 10pm but doesn't seem to make a difference. Hoping it'll pass soon

Feed at 6pm, then a bath around 7pm. Down in her bassinet after the bath and massage - which is around 7:30pm. Then standing and rocking her for 2-3 min, then just sat holding her for another 2-3 min and finally move her to the bassinet, one hand on her chest and one on top of her head, again 2-3 min. She's out like a light! She then sleeps until 10-11pm. Last feed for the night and nappy change (we dont take the sleeping bag fully off when we do the last feed and nappy change - feel it keeps her in a more 'snoozey' state), and she then sleeps until 7-8am.

@Kirsty hey hun, when you do the dream feed how many mls do you give? My lil girl has reflux so I always have to hold her up after feeds which makes it Hard for her to sleep on her own

@Diana he takes a lot less than usual. He normally takes 6oz but only about 3oz for dream feed xx
