Anxiuos and Confused?

I just hit 5 weeks 1 day, been taking tests everyday since 4 weeks 3days clear blue came out at 2-3weeks but all my lines have been really dark and strong, does that potentially mean there's a chance of having twins? Every test I've done the pregnancy line has come up straight away? I did have an ectopic pregnancy 4 years ago so I'm really scared to be excited. I have my first scan in 2 weeks and 2 days as long as there's no severe pain or other symptoms.
