BLACK...YAY OR NAY?

love the dress and i would wear black to a wedding. If not have you looked at deep greens / blues?

If the bride and groom are okay with it then I don't see why not 🙆‍♀️

I would say nay to white black or even sometimes bright red. Dark navy or green is fine!

I almost bought this dress!!! Yes there’s nothing wrong with wearing black to a wedding. It’s chic and some brides even request it! The last wedding I went to, the bride asked everyone to wear black as it was the aesthetic she wanted for photos.

I would say no, but no harm asking the bride! I was worried about wearing a black top with dark green skirt, but she okay’d it ahead of time.

@Jessica You should have got it, you would have slayed it 😍😂 I love it so much. I really don't suit pastel or bright colours, so I'm limited to black, navy or emerald green. I'm going to ask the bride if she minds me wearing black xx

As long as you don't wear a white dress you can wear any color you like to a wedding I love black as a dress color and personally would wear black myself to a wedding nothing wrong with it looks classy in my opinion but I believe it's down to personally preference I don't do bright colors myself and tend to go for dark colors ir black myself tho I will say when I looked at ur dress I did think of the Addams family mum (cant spell her name) but then again I always thought she was beautiful lol x

My bridesmaids were in black, black is stunning for a wedding. Is there a dress code on the invite and what month is the wedding? What type of venue? If it’s spring / summer I’d maybe go something a bit more summery. The only colours I’d really avoid are white/ivory/cream and red or really light colours that might appear white on photographs. One of our guests wore a really pale blue and it looks white in all the pictures. X

Check in with the bride. If black is a no no try navy/ midnight blue
