I need a full nights sleep

I know it sounds really selfish 🫣 but I really need a full unbroken nights sleep. I don’t know what else I can try. I don’t let him nap past 5pm I then struggle to keep him awake till 7pm he has.a bath, massage then porridge with some of his milk and rest of a bottle goes down absolutely fine. He then wakes at 10 for a feed then around 2pm for another and wide awake by 5-6am. Just transferred him into his cot into his own room to see if that helps and it hasn’t. I really don’t know what else to try. It’s easier when my husband is off work because we share the load but he’s 3 shifts in I’ve done all the feeds and I am exhausted. Any one got any tips or tricks? My eldest slept through from 6 weeks and I don’t feel like I’ve done anything differently and I know all babies are different but god I’m tired 🤣🤣

Following on this one as we have the same wake windows but I am completely breastfeeding

Honestly m the same over here too. I just need sleep😴

Exactly the same over here… she used to sleep through but at 3.5 months it seems as the above is the new pattern!

I’m in a similar position I’ve been having 3-4 wakes since December, she’s now 5 months, I’m a single mum and I’m honestly finding it so hard x

It's very normal for babies to wake throughout the night. It might be that he's not ready to sleep until later on. My son is 6 months and he sleeps from 11pm-7am. You could trial having him put down later. How old is he as he should be in the same room as you for all sleeps until 6 months x

You could try putting him to sleep earlier, I put my LO to bed half an hour earlier the other day and she slept longer. I have to give my baby a bath in the day as she's too tired every time I try at night and just screams. Babies are confusing 😂 .

@Kathy he’s 5 and a half months. I can’t keep him awake past 7 he either screams because he’s over tired or I have to put him down regardless because he’s flat out. My youngest went into his own room at the same age

@Jacqui it’s a minefield isn’t it 🤣🤣🤣
