Periods
Anyone after a c-section have heavy periods that last a bit longer than usual like a whole week or 8-9 days! 😩 it use to never be like that they use to only last like 5 days! Lmkkk ladies

I was only ever 5 days too without fail but I finished my first proper full on period since my c section 12 weeks ago last week and it lasted 8 days and was extremely heavier which is normal. Don't worry it will settle down soon, as Gia said it needs to find it's rhythm again x

That’s normal post baby regardless of how you gave birth. Your hormones are still all over and your body is trying to find its rhythm. It takes a few cycles to go back to its norm
