Almost time 🥳
I’m 35+6 and had my 36 week check up today. Ended up in L&D due to reduced movement but everything is fine. I got my first cervical check and I’m 4 cm dilated and 50% effaced she felt baby boys head 😭 I need him to stay in one more week at least lol

@Carina at my 34 week ultrasound his head was measuring 36 weeks and his body was measuring 39 weeks so he’s a big boy they’re not really worried about him being too little. You’re right due dates are just estimates we just have to hurry up and get the rest of the house ready this week 😂 Also our Babymoon/ anniversary trip/ vday trip is this weekend we’re not going far but is our last trip before baby and my MIL is on a cruise this week and won’t be back until this weekend to watch our older son and she’s supposed to be in the room when I give birth 😭 fingers crossed he give us until Monday but yea babies come when they’re ready

Some babies just come early! If hes ready, hes ready! 36 weeks tho technically premature likely won't result in a NICU stay unless there was a complication causing the early labor. But lots of babies just come early on their own. Also sometimes due dates arent perfectly accurate. Were you always measuring ahead in scans? It's possible you were actually further along than realized.
