Sleep position
What positions are you a sleeping in? I’m trying to sleep on my left as much as possible but keep getting a dead leg! On my right a bit but avoiding going on my back !

Making the most of sleeping in my front while I can
I think until your bump is bigger and baby is feeding off the placenta you can sleep anyway you want, when I was huge last time I used those long pregnancy pillows and that sort of kept me in place whilst I slept 😉
I wouldn't worry about positions for now, that's probably more so in second trimester
