Period flu

Hi everyone! Just wanted to come on here and see if anyone is experiencing something similar to me. Since my son was born 5 months ago, my period symptoms have been getting worse and worse each cycle. I don’t even mean cramps or anything. Last month I was up all night vomiting with gas pain, a fever, and body aches. And now this month I’m up with a fever and body aches, and just an upset stomach. I looked it up and it learned about period flu. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I’m nervous but if it’s common it will make me feel better. Also any recommendations to feel better/prevent it that would be great !!!! Thank you
