You can't use whole milk until age of 1. Yes you can add formula

Cows' milk can be used in cooking or mixed with food from around 6 months of age, but should not be given as a drink until your baby is 1 year old.

Formula milk will work as a substitute if you’re making them for your little one ☺️ if your baby is over 6 months old you can use whole milk as you’re able to introduce milk into their food only if it’s mixed in and for cooking, if your baby is over 1 then normal milk is fine ☺️

You can use whole milk in food as long as baby’s 6 months old but formula works just as fine xxx
