Odd question.. but does your LO poo in the night?

So my boy has always only ever woke up once a night for a feed and this was usually around 4/5am. The last few days he’s been waking every 2-3 hours, which is a shock to the system itself and he’s also been doing a couple of poos through the night too which is really not like him. He’s not waking up upset but I’m wondering if he’s got a a tummy bug or if that’s just his new normal 🫠
