Does anyone believe pregnancy & birth dreams indicate this in reality?
I just had the most accurate and vivid dream about giving birth to a baby girl.

I dont believe so, I've had many dreams about pregnancy and giving birth over the years. I think they generally mean new things or events or personal growth etc happening or about to happen in your life if you google it.... unless of course you are pregnant lol then it may do so! x
Not always, I had an awful traumatic dream about giving birth to my girl I woke up crying etc. but my actual birth was nothing like what I dreamt x
