Universal credit whilst working

Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone knows anything about applying for UC whilst working, I've had to reduce my hours and now I'm completely off work due to my back and hips with pelvic girdle. Is there anyway I can still claim UC to assist with things because statutory sick pay barely covers anything :(
