Eearly pregnancy unit walk in

I’m 9 weeks pregnant and I’ve been walking in here every 2 weeks and I’m back today. I feel like I’m wasting their time and they are fed up of me, but it’s always best to be safe than sorry 😭 how do you guys deal with the anexity side of pregnancy?

Just put Ur trust in God and know that everything will be alright, as long as Ur not smoking, drinking alcohol, eating well: fruit and veg, healthy balanced diet and taking folic acid and vitamin D then u don't need to be worried xx all will be ok xx stress at this time before 12 weeks is ok because I don't want anything to happen as a motherly instinct, but having too much stress isn't good for yourself or baby 🍼 xx all will be fine x

@Saleema thankyou so much, I haven’t started taking vitamin d yet tbh only had my first anateal apt last week. Deffo going to get some right after here. Thankyou so much!

If you're struggling with anxiety it may be worth speaking to your midwife about a referral to perinatal mental health services, they may be able to help with some anxiety, you've got this it's hard and it is stressful but they want to help make sure you and baby are okay xx

I'm happy to hear that xx and vitamin D ask Ur Dr/nurse how much u should take for healthy baby bone development x

I agree with @Caitlin. I had a lot of anxiety at the beginning of the pregnancy and did a bit of therapy, it helped. I also took some antenatal yoga classes which helped too. Anxiety is normal but shouldn't take over your life, so it is important to learn how to limit it and live with it! Good luck with everything
