If you are sick but baby isn't, wear a mask. And wash your hands a lot. Keep nursing baby. You will make antibodies.
Little one, if they get sick, likely won't have it as bad thanks to antibodies in breast milk

This app can be horrible for our well-being. I wasn’t able to breastfeed. My milk never came in. I was destroying my mental health trying to pump 8 hours a day and only getting 4oz in a 24 hour period. Eventually the milk started to dry up. Only lasted a few weeks. But lots of mums on here are happy to put me down because I formula feed my daughter. It was either this or she starved 🤷🏻♀️
Sorry 😔😭😭😭 well,, if you're not nursing and get sick, still keep feeding baby in whatever method you feed baby. Wear a mask so you don't cough on baby. Wash your hands frequently. And rest when you need to because being sick drains anyone, no matter how old
I combi feed my son, formula isn't bad , it's just another option

If you don't have one, get a humidifier and set it up in your room ☺️. Will help you with breathing better , as the air is drier ( in many places , this time of year is still winter)

I'm a total 🤓 ( nerd) and a fan of unique names ( though too unique gets a bit difficult as an adult, I'm sure).
We named our son Ayden ( first a name in immediate family.... There are too many L names in extended family, so that letter was not an option 😂😂😂😂)
The best you can do is good hand hygiene and whatnot to reduce the likelihood. However it’s incredibly hard not to get your little one sick. I’ve been sick for almost two weeks and my little girl has it now too. Just praying it doesn’t hit her how it hit me
