Stomach tightening
Anyone experiencing stomach tightening? It comes and goes. How am I sure it’s Braxton Hicks and not me going into labour?

In labour they would increase in intensity/pain and will be regular, with the period in between each contraction getting closer and closer together

I get this everynight at bed time and I lose sleep because of it. I don't think I it's braxton hicks lasts all night. ligament pain I think from skin stretching
