Hi, I want to do a heavy metal detox for my daughter but not sure what to get or how to do it as I see many different things online. Can anyone advice me on this pls.

Following - also for adults?

I would recommend looking into the brand Touchstone Essentials! I ordered their Zeolite formula for myself to do a heavy metal detox and it’s super easy + kid-friendly! You just add a few drops to water everyday, and it didn’t alter the taste of the water at all, at least to me.
