Epidural?

Had my son 3 months ago and it feels like my back/ hips are always out of place!

I didn’t have an epidural but I’ve still been suffering with lower back pain since having my daughter. I think labour and then constantly carrying around a baby/pushing a stroller and all the other baby things can be really hard on your back!

Yes! I think a lot of it is caused by sitting on the floor cross legged with the baby and not sitting up straight when I’m feeding him. Feel like my spine is gonna end up like a Quaver soon🤣

Maybe try to see if your insurance accepts therapeutic massages, or a chiropractor exam. Much help.

Only when I’m due on my period! It’s like mini contractions, whereas before I always had period cramps at the front, so weird x

Yes! My second baby is 11 months and I had an epidural for both labours and my back is messed up now , I always wake up with awful back pain

Yes and I have heard a lot of people do. I don't know if it is a coincidence or not, but I never had it before except when it was that time of the month.

Had my son 2 years ago and my back has never been right since 😩
