Avocado and cottage cheese/ricotta Bulgar wheat or cous cous salad Pasta salad
I cook potatoes & broccoli, mash them together with a bit of cheese, roll them into finger shapes and air fry/bake them for 20 mins. My little one loves them! I make a big batch then freeze them. I just defrost what I need when I need them!
Banana pancakes, pin wheels with different fillings, egg muffins xx
