Rich tea biscuits or jus plain biscuits in general and try to keep drinking fluids and maybe try taking pregnancy vitamins again xxx

Could it be a bug?

@Becky I’d be surprised as I feel completely fine in myself but am throwing up as soon as I eat/drink anything 🥹

Oh bless you. Did you find anything worked when you were sick during your first trimester? I personally didn't, so not sure what to recommend 🤔 really feel for you though x

I found crackers to be one of the safest foods to eat when I’m feeling rough!

Going through the same. 26 weeks here and yesterday suddenly started vomiting. I didn't even have vomiting in the 1st trimester this is the first time I've had it. Can't keep anything down at all.

I had Hyperemesis for most of my pregnancy. I don't have a cure but your GP can prescribe anti-emetics like cyclizine or ondansetron for the sickness. It is super important you keep eating and drinking even if you throw up. Your body retains some of it (up to 50%) and can't throw everything up, plus digestion starts in the mouth. You need to keep your calorie levels up for baby growth and hydration is SUPER important. Good luck mama. 🤞
