Baby classes

Baby massage and baby yoga at danson children's centre in Bexleyheath is nice. I'm friendly and go to baby classes haha so don't worry. I've just started going but not noticed anyone being mean. All I notice is mums going through the exact same thing as you so it's nice to not feel alone and to get some tips and tricks. Also to talk to an adult! Always happy to meet for walks too. Get in touch ☺️

I’ve been feeling the same TBH. Not gone to any classes yet. I know there are lots of good options but I feel like mostly older babies go to these. My LO is 6 months, not sure if some classes are appropriate for her in the sense that she could partake

@Wendy on Thursday there is a drop in baby play at 10am-11.30 Danson centre. It's £3 Come any time and leave any time you want in the slot. The room is full of baby sensory toys for your little baby so they can play and interact. It's perfectly fine for them to feed or have nappy change there too. Most people are friendly enough. I like not having the commitment of a set time to stay. I did do baby massage and wasted 3 of the classes because Florence hated it lol clashed with nap time too I think. She's only coming up to 4months not but when I did it all the babies were 4-6 months. So many massage and pre crawling baby yoga would be good for your little one if you want a structured class. If not just come along to the drop in and chat to other mums 😃

@Wendy yes you just show up! Present at the reception, they take your name and payment and the then a lovely lady takes you inside 😃
