I was going to say instant pot as well. I’m no chef but this instant pot wow’s me and my family! Chili in 20 min, spaghetti squash in 20 min, or a whole frozen chicken cooked to perfection. It’s a mom’s time saving cooking dream!
I’m on keto and all about easy dinners!!! At Starbucks I’ll order egg bites or make eggs at home. Omelette w ham, cheese, tomatoes, etc. Avocado stuffed w tuna 😍. Chicken salad (I buy a rotisserie chicken from Whole Foods, only $10 organic) and put some in the mini processor. Also process some carrots and celery and mix w mayo. Delicious and super easy!
Spice it with your favorite spices, melt some butter in a pan and brown. Cook up some of your favorite vegetables!

Tacos with whatever meat you choose
Use low carb tortillas
Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps
And for the days you don’t want to cook, pick up a rotisserie chicken and sauté some veggies 🙂
