Probably testing? Products marketed for babies or young toddlers might need more testing done and they will need to decide which products they want to pay for that to be done to. We’ve had these as I don’t see a reason why they shouldn’t have it.

It’s not as blended as their purees but our girl is almost two and loves them. I think the other ladies are right about testing and the caps, she’ll suck it down in 20 secs 🤣
@Sarah yep reassuring that that’s all it is, I was thinking maybe there was something in it not recommended for under 3’s but the ingredients looked fine so was rather confused! Little one just tried one and like you said it was gone in about 20 seconds 😂
Products with ages on are based on traditional weaning methods. If you're baby led weaning then the ages can be ignored
I think maybe so because there’s no reason a child under 3 can’t eat apple strawberry or beetroot otherwise. They ate ordinary food we cook before that age so probably just the choking hazard from the cap
