Gym classes
I've only just found out im pregnant with baby number 2.
I exercised with a PT until 32 weeks pregnant with my 1st baby.
I currently do a variety of gym classes - Circuits, bodypump, pilates, kettlebells, zimba and hiit!
Hoping to continue doing these as long as I possibly can.
Any other gym class mamas to be on a similar journey or had been previously? Did you find you could continue okay with classes?
I’m doing mostly HIIT workouts, weight lifting & running. Did the same to 36 weeks with baby #1 so hoping to do the same with this one. Felt like it helped with recovery so much last time and just felt strong!
