Menstrual cups advice please!
Currently having my 1st period in 2 years ( 1st since giving birth to my 2nd)
Wondering if anyone has used the menstruation cup things and if they are easy to use/ comfortable to wear? T.I.A x

I prefer period pants but I use a cup on heavy days. I find them easy to use, taking them out is more uncomfortable than inserting but only as much as a tampon would be. They hold a lot so if I’m out and about I don’t have to worry.
I love them. I got one of Amazon I find softer ones more comfy than the mooncups. I always cut the stem down a bit. Takes a bit of getting used to but I love it. They are more reliable and save money. Not for the squeamish and I always plan around to not have to change/ empty when I’m out. So these times I will use towel or tampon. But yes I would recommend x
