Adderal & breast milk?

Before pregnancy I took vyvanse. I was able to take it towards the end of my pregnancy at a lower dosage, but then stopped after he was born. We had a rough night last night plus my mental battery tanked. I ended up taking my vyvanse dosage that I took prepregancy to get myself collected and calm and I feel so selfish now. Everything I see online says it affects baby through breast milk.. anyone in a similar situation? How does your LO do if you breastfeed? This parenting thing is so freaking hard..
