Got a perimom really helped me out so I can do my massage. Been recommended to do this by my midwife and friends and it is worth a try to get the area used to stretching a little. Doing it 3 times a week now I’m 35 weeks

I opted in for seeing whether my partner can assist - and it works! x

I got an Aniball but haven’t started using it yet , have you tried yours ?

I was watching a hypnobirthing trainer say she’s had 3 kids - did the P massage and still tore. I’m not planning to do it. I need to start the pelvic floor exercises tho asap.

I’m using the Aniball as 3 people I know used it and didn’t tear! So far it’s been pretty easy and not painful at all x

@Marta at what week did you start and how long have you been doing it for ? They say not to start it before 36 weeks but reading the reviews people said it’s better to start it earlier ?

I have been trying to search forums for this exact answer! I’m a first time mum so have no experience

I started at 32 weeks! Currently 37 weeks and have had no problems at all x

I’m almost 37 weeks and tried Aniball.I had to deflate it completely, insert it and inflate but as soon as I do that, the balloon slips out.I have zero control over it.Maybe am doing something wrong but I followed all the instructions on their website 😭
