Buisness and Marriage

Hi!! My partner and I have a small buisness which consist of me doing all the receipts and any calls he needs. He does majority of the labor. I recently got a job in the afternoons to make extra money on the side. It’s just been a major issue in our marriage. I’m just so tired of sacrificing everything. My mom takes care of my kids but I pay babysitting and he is always home late. I’m thinking of quitting because it’s always a hassle trying to get someone to take care of my kids. But it’s frustrating why doesn’t he sacrifice and I have to. The kids are both ours!
