Food aversions or eating everything

I guess those on either side would advocate for the other side lol. I’m on team eating everything and it’s pretty gross eating a full meal and thinking about the next one 🫣 I would rather not being able to stomach most things and have a select few 😅 What’s everyone else thinking? (Light hearted)

Currently sat here with aversions to all food possible😂 definitely would prefer to want to eat everything in sight but I can see how the opposite side would think too x

I’ve had both now. In my last pregnancy I couldn’t eat anything without throwing up (and lost almost 2 stone in first trimester). This time I eat non stop and if I don’t eat I throw up. I have to say neither are enjoyable but I definitely prefer eating to not 😅

@Lauren ooooo nice to hear from both perspectives 😂 I guess to some extent you can try and not eat but with the throwing up, you have no control 🥲 either way it sucks

Either way it definitely does suck! I’m really struggling this time even though I don’t find it as bad as last time. Wouldn’t wish either on anyone and I’m so envious of my friend who never has symptoms and looks fantastic throughout pregnancy 😂 For me it was the extras that came with not eating and weight loss that makes it worse. Worrying baby wasn’t getting nutrients. Collapsing from lack of food. Etc.

Is it possible to be both? 🤣 I’m starving all the time and get fall and don’t know what I want to eat. The thought of eating despite being hungry 24/7 makes me wanna 🤢

I've gone off most food - particularly proper meals. I've been sick daily the last couple of weeks but not yet today and I think I've finally found something I can stomach: cous cous!

I’m a previous foodie struggling horribly with food aversion, I miss spending half my time thinking or prepping meals for my family. I can’t walk in town as all the smells assault me. So that sounds like heaven to me. But this is going to be a case of the grass is greener isn’t it?

@Charlotte oh yesss I actually had this in my first pregnancy 😂 food was the cure and the cause 😅

@Jude ooo sorry about that! Hopefully you continue to find more foods you can eat 🥲
