My husband cuddles and I feel suffocated

He puts is arms around me after a while i feel massive weight on my chest and feel like i cant breathe tho i want him to cuddle but it ends up suffocating me and I can't sleep till i or he himself don't remove his arms , i feel bad then any suggestions ?
