I totally agree with all of these ladies. If you've only had 1 glass of wine, your baby girl is going to be ok if you feed her! You've got this momma! You're allowed to unwind a little and still take care of her ❤️

Feed the baby. If you can find the baby you can feed the baby. And that is only a rule because they don’t want you dropping and harming said baby. You’d have to be on the verge of alcohol poisoning for there to be any in your breast milk and even then it would be less than what’s found in mouth wash. You are fine! Baby will be fine! Hugs ❤️

Agree with everyone else 😊 I use 1 -5oz glass to 2 hours ratio (at home I weigh my wine pour) I also use test strips you can grab at target, walmart or order through Amazon
