If you don’t want to be on Facebook, I totally understand. If you do, it’s a great group to check out. There are 360+ members with kids from 6 months to 5 years. I would say a lot skews younger. There are chats for SAHM, working moms, etc. some folks will post if they are going to a park and invite others to join. There are also play dates at the libraries. If you go to the events page on their sites Thursday mornings are a popular time. Posting a screenshot of one shared in that group here. My LO is 16mo. We took her to a music and moves class and she was fine—but there were moments of chaos. I’d like to check out baby story time, but I’m working so trying to send her with Dad one of these days. I have heard that baby story time is great!

Of course! I love/hate Facebook, but there’s a lot of good local resources like Prince William Moms, Manassas Toddler Tribe, and the local buy nothing groups (great as LOs quickly outgrow whether you are looking to pick up or offload!).
