Can you tell if you have it while you’re pregnant or is it something they pick up on after? X
@Lottie your stomach will go in a point when trying to move from a laying position to a sitting position. It's best to roll on your side and sit up to prevent it, but just happens naturally sometimes

The belly kind of goes into a cone shape when you have it. I've deffo seen it on me a few times but do try to get up and down from bed on my side where I can and sit up straight too x
Mine has gone from 6cm gap to 1.5cm gap in 4 months of regular (and very boring) ab exercises, so it can be done! I had very little progress the first 2 months and then quite a bit of improvement over a month. I think it’s probably very variable person to person. Progress for me felt slow but glad I kept going.
