currently pregnant
hi moms, I'm currently pregnant and I keep having hot flashes...DAILYYYYY I'm always hot no matter what...this is my second pregnancy but what do you all do to help with the hot flashes?? I feel like I'm frying in a pan or something 😞
I resorted to wearing strappy tops and having breaks in front of the fan in my room. I also found opening my window all day so I had a cold room to go to bed in was really helpful!
