Trouble with the toddler

He was always happy and very energetic. For the past 3 weeks or so he just screams constantly at us rather than communicating. Just everything is 100x times harder with him. We’re just finding it all so hard nothing seems to keep him happy anymore. Eating, sitting, playing, bath anything and everything is now a battle and screaming and throwing things etc. I don’t know what’s going on, anyone had this and worked out what it is?
