Should I be concerned?

My little one is 17 months & he’s not really eating properly as of yet only weetabix or yogurts (I have no idea why ? I’ve tried everything) but he chews the wood of his cot bed & now I’ve noticed he’s starting to bite walls ?? Like scratch the plaster with his teeth ?? I’m really concerned.. any help or tips would be really appreciated please. I feel helpless. Thank you

He is lacking vitamins that’s what it is or has deficiency in something I would check him out asap !

@Maria thank you so much for the reply. I will make an appointment 1st thing on Monday with his doctor. Thank you x

No worries sweetie my friend had similar situation and the baby was lacking a lot of nutrients even know he was eating everything the medication he was on was flushing it all out making him chew on stuff you mentioned

Are you supplementing him with toddler formula? Or just breastmilk. As Maria said he’s lacking nutrients so if he’s just breast fed then you should be giving him a multivitamin or adding toddler formula. Definitely see a doctor as there might be other issues why he isn’t eating. He might need to see a specialist. Perhaps he has issues swallowing.
