Need hobbies/self care suggestions

Already feeling so consumed by the load of becoming a mother because I’ve been spending so much time thinking about what I need to do to prepare for my baby girl and how I need to parent. What do you suggest to do to help me remember I’m a person outside of becoming a mother? What helps you?

Says in your profile you love to gym and you love music. So when you’re ready PP, you can start going gym, look for one w a crèche if you wanted to leave baby there for an hr, I suggest walking around w the pram when it’s nap time and push the baby in alseep, then you can do gym or swim or do like a Zumba or Pilates class etc. And take baby out as soon as you are ready, go baby groups and just a lot of walking- pram walking, window shopping, get your steps in. Going out forces me to look decent and not stay home in my pjs all day (which some days I do just that so it’s fine, but in moderation lol) xx hope that helps Resume or start self care.
