Health visitor checkup/review

I’m really confused my son is about to be 11months and his last check up was at 4months where the health visitor discharged us because she said everything was fine. But I’m seeing on here everyone talking about a 10 month review? And they received a letter. I haven’t received anything and my son hasn’t been seen by a health visitor or anyone since the 4 months mark. He’s completely fine and hasn’t needed to go to the doctors ever but I’m just wondering should I contact them for the review I’m just abit confused on what I’m supposed to do. It’s my first child if you can’t tell it’s all abit confusing 😂

You’ll automatically receive a letter. They discharge you at 4 months unless they have any issues. They usually want to see you between 9-12 months I think it is for a review to make sure they’re hitting all milestones needed. After this visit the one after this will be 2 years check. My 2nd LG will be 11 months on the 12th and we are yet to receive a letter. If you’re concerned have a look in your red book and it should have a number you can call and book one in ☺️

@Billie thank you so much I was worried they had forgotten about my LO 😂

I’m not to sure, we had check ups with our health visitor 3m,6m,9m and then 1yr x

Our check was at 11.5 months but I believe they are a bit behind so I wouldn't be concerned.

I got my son’s letter at around 11 months, the review took place 3 days before his 1st birthday x
