Colostrum stopped
So… I was doing well, slowly but surely, getting some colostrum - more everyday. Not enough to collect but still. However, since yesterday I can barely get microscopic dots - has it happened to anyone else?

I started two days ago, first time I did it I got 3ml, then yesterday got 1ml in the morning, 1ml in the evening, this morning I only got .5ml this morning!
I find I always get more straight after I've had a hot shower too! Everything relaxes a bit more

I've only been doing it a few days now but did have a day like this. I think I was a bit dehydrated and got myself a bit stressed when it didn't immediately happen. Do something relaxing and try again later. If that doesn't work, try not to stress. Drink plenty and try again tomorrow :)
