Hi Mammas, I might have cracked the code to the chillest work from home job ever. It does require you to get your real estate license though (at least in the state of California). I work for a national new home builder /developer and I am in internet sales. My position is called “Home Finding Specialist” I work fully remote, set appointments for the onsite sales staff (sales people showing model homes onsite at new communities) and I also handle the MLS listings. I have great benefits, have a small base salary and make endless commission. I was able to gross around $130k last year and I’m on track to make more this year. I can do my job in about 4 hours/ day but also have to check emails and take phone calls as they come throughout the day. This is an entry level position and my background in property management helped me look qualified during my interview. Other new home builders call this position “Internet Sales” or “Online Sales”. Honestly the easiest job I’ve had.

If you are interested.. I recommend searching the major new home builder career pages and get an idea of the job description and real estate licensing requirements in your state. Here’s some of the major national home builders- Lennar, Tripoint, Taylor Morison, Richmond American, Beazer, KB Home, DR. Horton and Pulte. Happy to answer any questions. Goodluck ladies
